Shipping Timeframes

- Made-to-Order & Out-of-Stock Items – Shipped within 3 to 5 weeks, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
- Custom Orders – Processing times vary, with estimated timeframes provided in each product description.
If your order includes multiple items, we will ship everything together once all items are ready.
UK & European Shipping
✔ United Kingdom Orders: All orders within the UK are shipped securely, with free shipping & insurance on orders over £500. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold.
✔ European Orders: We ship across Europe, with shipping fees, duties, and taxes calculated at checkout.
International Shipping (Outside of Europe)
✔ We offer international shipping upon request.

Returns & Exchanges
✔ Returns: If you wish to return an item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
✔ Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, we will:
- Provide you with a prepaid return label.
- Refund your original order.
- Ask you to place a new order for the desired item.
Taxes, duties, and import fees are non-refundable.
Please note: We do not cover international shipping costs for returns, exchanges or repairs.
