How does the ordering process work?

At Madame Diamond, each piece of jewellery is individually handcrafted to order, ensuring that your piece is as unique as you are.

Once your order is placed, our expert artisans in London begin the meticulous process of bringing your vision to life. The crafting process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, though some pieces may require up to 10 weeks, depending on their complexity.

We’ll keep you updated at every stage from the initial design to the moment your jewellery is carefully packaged in our signature black pouch and shipped to your doorstep.

Exquisite craftsmanship takes time, and we truly appreciate your patience as we create something timeless and truly unique for you.

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to love your Madame Diamond jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:
✔ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✔ Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
✔ Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

How to Initiate a Return:
1/ Contact Us – Before returning your item, please reach out to our team at returns@madamediamond.com for return instructions.
2/ Follow the Return Process – We will provide detailed steps to ensure your return is handled safely.
3/ Refund Processing – Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding shipping costs.

Please note: At this time, we do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges.

When will I receive my item?

We strive to deliver your Madame Diamond jewellery as quickly and securely as possible.

Shipping Timeframes:

  • In-Stock Items – Dispatched within 2-4 working days via DHL.
  • Made-to-Order & Out-of-Stock Items - Shipped within 3 to 5 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  • Custom Orders – Processing times vary; an estimated timeframe is provided on the product page.

Important Notes:
You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
If your order contains multiple items, we will ship everything together once all items are ready.

What Is a custom order ?

A Custom Order refers to any piece of jewellery that is specially made-to-order based on your unique preferences.

This includes:
✔ Bespoke Designs – Fully customized pieces created from scratch based on your vision.
✔ Personalized Engravings – Jewellery with custom engravings, initials, or meaningful messages.
✔ Custom Ring Sizes – Rings crafted in non-standard or specific sizes upon request.
✔ Design Modifications – Alterations to existing designs, such as changing the diamond shape, setting, or metal type.

Important Information About Custom Orders:
- Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, making it unique and one-of-a-kind.
- Custom Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production begins, as they are tailored to your specifications.
- Production for custom pieces typically takes up to 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

How long does it take for a custom item to be shipped?

Each custom piece is carefully handcrafted to perfection, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

Estimated Delivery Time:
- Most custom orders are completed and shipped within 4-8 weeks.
- For more intricate designs, please allow up to 10 weeks.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently offer shipping across Europe, with free shipping on all UK orders over £500.

Shipping Details:
✔ UK Orders: All orders within the UK are shipped securely, with free shipping available on orders over £500. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold.
✔ European Orders: We ship across Europe, with shipping fees, duties, and taxes calculated at checkout.
✔ International Orders (Outside of Europe): Available upon request, please contact our team at sales@madamediamond.com to discuss shipping options.

How Do I Request A Repair/Maintenance?

We offer a repair and maintenance service for items purchased through Madame Diamond.

How to Request a Repair:

✔ Assessment: Our team will review your request and provide details on the repair process, including estimated time and any applicable fees.

How Much Does A Repair/Maintenance Cost?

Repair costs vary depending on the extent of the damage.

Repair Policy:
✔ Complimentary Repairs: If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect and the request is made within 30 days of purchase, the repair will be free of charge.
✔ Paid Repairs: If the damage occurs after 30 days or is due to misuse, a repair fee will apply.
✔ Lost Items: Unfortunately, loss is not considered a repair request, and we are unable to replace lost jewellery.

How to Request a Repair Quote:

- Your original order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item

2/ Assessment Process: Once we receive your request, our team will assess the damage and determine if the repair qualifies as a complimentary repair under our manufacturing defect policy or if a repair fee will apply. We will then provide details on next steps, including pricing (if applicable) and estimated turnaround time.

Do you offer a Diamond certificate?

Yes! Every Madame Diamond purchase can be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity for added assurance.

Certification Details:
✔ We work with WGI LAB (World Gemological Institute) for certificates on both natural and lab-grown diamonds.
✔ Certification is optional and available for an additional £50 per item.
✔ Choosing a certification may slightly delay delivery by a few days due to the verification process.
